传统的圣诞杏仁曲奇。您的孩子会喜欢它们!
成份:
2.5杯橄榄油
1/3杯白砂糖
1个蛋黄
1 个柠檬(磨碎)
2 大汤勺法国白兰地或者茴香烈酒
3 杯面粉
1.5大汤勺发酵粉
1杯烤杏仁,切碎
香草
将橄榄油、白砂糖和蛋黄用力搅拌均匀。加入法国白兰地或者茴香烈酒、杏仁和面粉。将和好的面揉成半月牙形状。180摄氏度烘焙25分钟。趁饼干尚有温度,撒上白砂糖。待冷却后小心移至储存盒内。
Tip:
您可以长时间保存(大约一个月),但是在再次端上餐桌前需另外撒上些白砂糖。
您也可以用小尺寸的刀具将饼干雕刻成不同的形状。
